Harwich Connexions Community Trust acquired the Enterprise Centre in 2007 from Essex County Council. The premises are managed by Harwich Connexions Transport Co-operative.
The Enterprise Centre is housed in the former infants block of Parkeston Primary School in Tyler Street, Parkeston, CO12 4PH. The building has been repurposed to provide 11 managed workspaces for small local businesses.
We offer easy in - easy out business units, with off street parking. Monthly rent is inclusive of power, lighting and bin collections. So your outgoings will be low, just arrange your telecoms and focus on building up your business. Clients are advised to register with the local district authority to qualify for the small business rates reduction.
The Enterprise Centre enjoys Class B1 planning permission, which includes business offices and light industry. Prospective clients will need to satisfy us that their business would be covered under this category.
